Ryan Finley, Vice President/Controller, joined C. B. Ragland Company in 2013. He oversees all aspects of accounting, reporting, insurance, analysis, and financing for the company. Ryan has over 25 years of experience in real estate analysis, financing, and accounting. Prior to joining the company, he worked with other Nashville Area developers in the residential real estate and commercial construction industries (most notably Southern Land Company and ParkTrust Development), serving in positions of Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Ryan moved to Nashville, Tennessee from Dallas, Texas in 2003. While in Dallas, Ryan spent over 10 years working with billion-dollar company, ClubCorp, serving numerous positions from Controller to Senior Financial Analyst to Project Manager. He also worked with Economics Research Associates and Ernst & Young. Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
