Russell Smith, Facility Manager, joined C.B. Ragland Company in 2015 with over 25 years of facility management experience.  He is responsible overseeing the facility maintenances services for all Company owned as well as third party assets and has extensive experience operating and maintaining both commercial and residential real estate.  Prior to his experience with the Company, he was Regional Maintenance Supervisor/Chief Engineer for Condominium Concepts Management and held similar positions with Commonwealth Commercial Partners and Highwoods Properties.
