Jay Dansbury, Director of Property Management, joined C.B. Ragland Company in 2021. He oversees all aspects of property operations and maintenance for the 700,000 square foot portfolio of mixed-use assets in the downtown Nashville area, consisting of retail, restaurant, office, parking, and industrial assets for the company. Jay has 25 years of diverse senior-level real estate experience, specializing in project and portfolio management, agency business, corporate property services, facilities management, healthcare, and property management. Prior to joining the company, he worked with other Nashville Area developers and national Property Management companies, serving in positions of Assistant Director of Property Management, General Manager, and Senior Property Manager. Jay’s experience includes management oversight for 3.8 million square feet of real estate, including three high-rise office towers, class ‘A’ commercial office buildings, medical office buildings, retail bank branches, retail, and restaurants. He served in multiple Officer positions with BOMA Nashville, including a two-year term as President from 2018 through 2019. Jay is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Tennessee, a Real Property Administrator (RPA), and graduated from Belmont University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
