- Client – McGavock Holdings, LLC
- 50,000 Square Foot historic mixed-use building located in the Gulch neighborhood
- Sourced acquisition and managed all due diligence and closing, including arraigning of the debt financing, of the historic building located in the Gulch neighborhood
- Provide Property Management and Leasing Services
- Took the property from 50% leased to 100% and managed Tenant buildouts for Redlight Management, Google Fiber and Kayne Prime
Fountain Square
- Client – KSA Industries (K.S. “Bud” Adams) and Corner Partners
- Hired as investment manager with responsibility for Property Management and Leasing for the asset located in the Metro Center submarket of Nashville
- Took property from cash flow negative to positive by aggressively managing tenant reimbursables
- Managed the move out of the State of Tennessee under the T3 Program (60% of the building)
- Conceived the conversation to a corporate campus and the subsequent sale to the United Methodist Publishing House for a profit to the client.
