Nashville Sounds Ballpark Retail and Residential

  • Facilitated controlling equity Investment into Land Co. to allow for the development of the sites lining First Tennessee Field

  • Advised joint venture on an updated program, site layout, design and viability of the project

  • Served as Owner’s Representative on behalf of the Joint Venture for the retail construction

  • Facilitated the lease between Ownership and Brooklyn Bowl for a 45,000 square foot entertainment venue (include attached rendering)

CBR HCN, LLC

  • Development and Construction Management

  • Manage design, pre-construction and constriction of a ground up 252-key hotel and 360 car parking garage

McGavock Holdings, LLC

  • Development and Construction Management

  • 7,000 square foot vertical office space expansion, amenity deck addition and physical plant upgrades of historic building

Broadway Holdings, LLC

  • Owner’s rep and Development Manager

Ragland Building

  • 76,000 square foot building constructed in 1929

  • Complete core and shell renovation, including extensive asbestos abatement, and conversion to creative office space

  • Designed and added 14,000 square feet to the existing building

  • Managed process for LEED Gold Certification

  • At the completion of the project, awarded ULI Award for Excellence in Development and NAIOP Developer of the year (2013)

Liggett Building

  • Advised family trust on the adaptive reuse of 18,000 square foot historic building built in 1933 including market positioning, architectural and MEP design

  • Served as Landlord representative and leased the building to Qualifacts on a 10 year term

  • Received Architectural Award from the Metropolitan Historical Commission at the completion of the project
