Kristen Arbuckle Cravens, Director of Design and Construction, joined the CB Ragland team in 2019. Kristen’s role encompasses various key areas of the company's new development projects.  Her responsibilities include pre-design, brand collaborations, project design management, and construction management. She leads the project management team supporting the company’s shareholders, partners, and tenants with turnkey design, construction management, and risk management. She is responsible for the planning and execution of capital projects, renovations, interiors, and building systems of the current portfolio of properties.

Kristen has a BFA in interior design from O’More College of Design. She brings over twenty years of experience spanning the full project cycle, site and market analytics, due diligence and permitting, branding, contract document coordination, project management, through to final construction closeout and FF&E install. In previous roles, her responsibilities have included both interior design, brand review, and project management in multi-family, national and global retail, high-end residential, multi-tenant spaces, and hospitality.
